Rates may fluctuate with Season.

Special event weekends and holidays are subject to special pricing.  Call for details.

In the event your party is 2 guests and you would like to request a discounted rate, special circumstances may apply.

Payment of the full balance of the requested stay is required in advance- however, a 50% down payment is optional with credit card approval.  We accept credit card via telephone; we will send an invoice by email.   Cabin will be marked "booked" on the calendar once payment is received. Reservations cancelled 30 or more days in advance will be refunded the full amount less a $25 processing fee; reservations cancelled between 30 and 14 days in advance will be charged the 50% of the full rate.  Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to check-in will be billed the full balance of the stay as we will be unable to fill the reservation on short notice..  Payments by cash or money order must be received 30 days or more  in advance of expected date of arrival and will not be marked as "booked" until payment arrives.

- All payments must be secured by credit card, even if paying in advance by check.

- We have the right to cancel any reservation made without completed payment.

Policy

Guests will be expected to leave cabins in the same condition as when they arrived, and will be charged for any damages. A credit card must be on file to cover any damages incurred by the guests during their stay.  Guests understand that Cornerstone is a guest cabin located on a rural, working farm with bluffs, creeks and nature trails.  There are many insects, including ticks and mosquitoes. There are also animals that you should use caution with including raccoons, deer, coyotes, bobcats, snakes, and cougars. If you leave any food outside, animals will come, so please keep all food items inside.

Guests assume all responsibility for their own health and welfare during their visit.  

Prior to the rental of the cabins we require that you agree to this rental policy and by submitting reservation you are verifying that you have read and understand this policy:

By submitting reservation you are verifying that you are 21 years or older and:

-You are responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged content in the cabin and the cabin itself during your stay.

-Cornerstone Cabins is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal contents of guests at the cabin.

-Cornerstone Cabins is not responsible for any actions you or your guests take or do while staying at the cabin or its grounds.

-Smoking is not allowed in the cabins and guests are responsible for removal of smoke odors at a fee of $200.00 for stay.

Cleaning Policy

  - A cleaning fee of $75.00 will be waived as long as you to conform to the following cleaning procedures.
   - Wash dishes and put away where they were found.
   -Take out trash and be sure trash lid is fastened tightly.
   - Wipe down all counters and tables.
   - Clean any spills on floors or carpet
   - Place all dirty towels in hamper or in tub.
   - Thank you for helping us keep the cabin looking lovely for you and guests arriving upon your departure.
